NOLA JOE

Joe had a solid year while nursing a knee injury that sidelined him for the first half of the season. His down time was well spent, improving his skills in the Javelin.

Cruz Controll

Cruz had a great first season in the 3000, and his hard work paid off, with his final racewalk of the year breaking his PR by over a minute, and giving him his first 3000m racewalk All American award.

Amir loves running as well as throwing. His hard work over the past 2 years have really paid off, and he's just getting started. Watch out for Amir.

Carter Raymond can run and jump. This year he did amazing in his long jump. For a first year athlete, the sky is the limit for this one here.

Carter Rose has talent in whatever he tries. His natural skills put him on the podium in high jump, but the 400/800m runs are his favorite and will push him to be the best.

Hannah is an all-around athlete that has the determination to conquer the javelin. 2025 may be her year to stand on TOP of the podium
