We ask for a minimal monthly fee from each athlete. However, you are only asked to pay for the months that you participate. This is what we mean by pay as you go.

Uniforms are required to participate in the meets. This includes shorts and a tank top. 

NOLA Rush mainly runs in the summer, but there are times when the weather is cooler. For this reason, we offer a warm-up set consisting of sweat pants and a hooded zip up jacket. They must be purchased as a set. 

We are an AAU sanctioned club and the meets we participate in are AAU meets. In order to participate, each athlete must hold an AAU membership. Our club also requires each athlete to purchase the AAU Insurance in case of any injuries. 

 We offer official NOLA Rush backpacks. These are great to keep all of your track items in one place. The are large enough to fit your spikes, shoes, warm-ups, and water bottle. We highly recommend them.

Costs for the meets will vary depending on the meet. We generally try to attend meets that won't cost a ton of money. We also ask our parents for input as to which meets we attend. You will always know the cost of the meet before you decide to attend.
